The Consortium has reserved a block of rooms at the Silver Cloud Inn near the University of Washington campus with the following rates:
Single Occupancy Rooms - $99.00 / night
Double Occupancy Rooms - $109.00 / night

You are responsible for making your own reservations with the Silver Cloud.
When you call to reserve your room, please be sure to mention that you are reserving with the PNWCSC AGM block of rooms.
The block of rooms will be released on Friday, January 22, 2010, so please be sure to make your reservation before then.
The Consortium is able to subsidize half the cost of the room for PNWCSC representatives. Thus, if you room with another PNWCSC rep, your room costs will be covered. However, if you choose to room alone (or with a spouse/partner), the Consortium can only cover half of the cost. Parking is included in the hotel fee, as is wireless internet access. Continental breakfast is provided, as well.
The Silver Cloud Inn has also arranged for a 14-passenger shuttle to transport AGM attendees between the hotel and campus. (The campus is only a short, very walkable distance away, but the shuttle will be convenient in the event of rain and in the interest of time management!)
Once you have made your reservation, please email pnwcsc@u.washington.edu with your name, the name of anyone you are rooming with, and the number of nights you will be staying.
AGM Conference - February 5, 2010
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, February 5, 2010 in Odegaard Undergraduate Library (OUGL), Room 220.

The Executive Board Meeting will take place in the morning on Saturday, February 6, 2010, in Communications Building (CMU), Room 202.
